Please be advised that:

Filtered Air Systems warrants to the original purchaser our 100% AMERICAN MADE dust collection equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship as follows:

> The major structural component manufactured by us will be covered in full for (10) ten years from the date of shipment as long as this is properly installed, maintained and in use under the normal conditions it was originally intended for

> Filtered Air Systems warrants all of our other components and accessories which may include: our fan box series, rotary air locks, booster fans and after filters for a period of (36) thirty-six months from date of shipment

> Filtered Air Systems warrants that all Baldor Electric Standard Efficiency Motors are covered under the factory (24) twenty-four month warranty; all Baldor Gold Series Premium Efficiency Motors are covered under the factory (42) forty-two month warranty; all Baldor Gear Reducers are covered by the (24) twenty-four month warranty.

> Filtered Air Systems warrants that any and all electrical components shall be covered for a period of ninety days from shipment only. Should a component become defective Filtered Air Systems reserves the right to request that said component be returned to us for inspection prior to our issuing a replacement. Electrical components are subject to circumstances beyond our or the manufacturers control, care and supervision must be taken to ensure all controls are installed and connected ONLY by a licensed electrician familiar with said controls.

> Warranty coverage for any item replaced as being defective will be considered a "New" component and as such will be covered in full under the new equipment warranty thereafter.

> Exceptions: (A) filters or filter bags, (B) clamps of all kinds & (C) cast aluminum impeller blades as these items are to be considered wear out items. Defects in material and workmanship which are attributed to drawing and specifications provided by the buyer or a person/company acting as the buyers representative.

 

  All claims under this warranty must be made, in writing, to Filtered Air Systems customer service department prior to having the unit repaired.  Filtered Air Systems will not absorb any cost for repairs made without prior approval.  Upon receipt of written authorization from Filtered Air Systems the equipment claimed to be defective must be returned freight prepaid or repaired by an authorized representative.  Filtered Air Systems will repair, or at its option, replace any defective components, and will return the repaired equipment or its replacement without charge. This warranty does not warrant against corrosion, abrasion or misapplication.  This warranty does not extend to equipment that has been subject to misuse, neglect, physical alterations, accident, improper installation or improper maintenance and/or normal wear.  Filtered Air Systems shall not, in any event, be liable for any accidental or consequential damages associated with machine usage.

Filtered Air Systems will ship replacement parts under this warranty at its expense by surface transportation only.  Any special handling, express or expedited service, or different method of transportation shall only be provided at the request of, and at the expense of, the ultimate purchaser/user of the goods.

Filtered Air Systems assumes no obligation under this warranty for the repair or replacement of any goods, which have been subject to abuse, misuse, physical alterations, failure to properly maintain, damage from external source, or repair attempts by persons not authorized by Filtered Air Systems.

* Failure to use genuine Filtered Air Systems replacement parts or components will void this warranty

*  We call your attention to our strict policy that any and all custom made items or components are considered final sales. In that these items are made to your sizes and specification they are truly custom, not usable under any other situation. We will not accept the item for return.

THERE EXIST NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

Filtered Air Systems will accept returns for items purchased as follows:

  1. All items being returned will be subject to a 20% return/restocking fee

  2. Goods must be shipped “Prepaid” and be in new, unused condition.

  3. Any returns will be issued to the original buyer only and will be credited to their account. No Cash Refunds.
  4. All goods must be accompanied by an R.G.A #, please call to obtain.

Credit will be issued only after inspection and receipt of the returned items at our facility.
